How much space do I need?

If you go into the details of each inflatable on our website it will give you the size of the inflatable in the specifications section. We also recommend at least an extra 3ft each side and 4ft front and back.

What happens if it is raining or windy?

If on the day of the party the weather is really bad and you wish to cancel please ring at your earliest convenience to cancel.

If winds or predicted gusts are 24mph or above we reserve the right to cancel a booking at anytime for safety reasons, as it is against the law to have inflatables in these conditions. We have to go by the met office app.

How much notice do you need to book?

We recommend you book as early as possible to get the inflatable you want, but it is sometimes possible to book on the day due to last minute cancellations etc.

Are you fully insured incase someone has an accident?

We have 5 million pounds worth of public liability insurance, however as per our terms and conditions we cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the castle is in your care. You are the sole person responsible for the castle and it's use therefore should anything happen you are liable to a claim as the hirer. Our insurance covers us against any set up faults or faulty equipment. This is why we take photos of all our completed set ups

I don't have access to electricity supply can you help?

We can supply generators at additional costs. Please let us know your requirements and we will let you know a cost.

Can the inflatable go on concrete or tarmac?

NO all our inflatables must go on grass unless in a hall. It is possible to drill concrete and bolt the castle down but we have chosen not to carry out this method as we cannot be sure of the strength of the surface.

Can they go indoors?

Yes we supply to halls all the time just be sure to check all the sizes including height.

How safe are your inflatables?

We get our inflatables tested every year by a qualified RPII inspector to insure they are safe for public use.

Can I collect the inflatable from you myself?

NO our insurance requires that we set up all our inflatables.

How do I pay?

Payments must be made in cash upon delivery.
